Kineya is located on the seventh floor in the food center. There is a great view of Osaka here, so try to get a seat by the window. At night the view is especially good because of the colorful lights of the city below. The restaurant is fitted out with wood paneling and tan colors and serves a wide choice of soba and udon dishes. Sets come with pickled vegetables (tsukemono) and various rice dishes.
