For a true Osaka taste, this restaurant claims to be the best Okonomiyaki (pancake) restaurant on the planet. The cabbage pancakes containing seafood or pork are a hit with the locals, and the hybrid Modainyaki comprising fried soba sandwiched between two okonomiyaki cakes is an original creation of the owner. Butan Moyashi (stir-fried pork and bean sprouts) is priced reasonably. The Yakisoba (fried soba) comes in large portions so no one with an Osaka-sized appetite will be disappointed.
