With beautiful architecture and seven floors, plus two basement levels, of some of the best shopping in the city, this is definitely a place you could spend more than a few hours and more than a few thousand yen. Besides shops, there are numerous restaurants, an event hall, the only movie theater in the district and plenty of people-watching to be done.
