Salivating mouths can now satiate their appetites with Bahamian gourmet and traditional delights. The Bahamas Culinary Classic Wine and Food Festival, to be held from September 29th- October 2nd 2005, will have a concoction of authentic flavors and food items, where local chefs will participate and compete for prizes. This event will be judged by celebrity chefs like Sara Moulton who will also host the event. Visitors and locals can gorge on Ole Bahamian breakfast and dig into the sea-food dishes like the conch (a shellfish used in traditional recipes). The event will commence with a Celebrities Choice cocktail reception at the Government House Gardens.
