Located a mile southeast of Rock Sound, this inland saltwater lake is very popular among divers. Visitors can descend down steps carved into the coral to get to the depression's edge, which is a sight in itself. More adventurous types can descend into the 75-foot hole, while those who wish to stay dry can stay at the top and feed the schools of fish that swarm to the surface. Nestled amid interesting limestone formations below, two sunken cars make an interesting home for marine life. Contact Valentine’s Dive Center to arrange a dive or for more information.
