Owned by the Brown family, this small restaurant and bar has gained acclaim as one of the best places to get authentic Bahamian fare. You'll get a true sense of the island's culture here; "rake and scrape" music, the equivalent to an American jug band, is performed every Monday. Locals come to enjoy the music and stay for a drink or two. Turtle steak, grouper sandwiches, curried and steamed chicken and cracked conch are all prepared to perfection.
