Located less than a mile from the Exuma airport, many visitors stop here before their departure to get their last taste of true Bahamian cooking. The restaurant has garnered a strong reputation for the best conch on the island. There are also some shrimp and lobster pasta dishes on the menu, but the conch is the star at this take out joint. The small dining area is not much to speak of, but the authentic cuisine more than makes up for the lack of decor.
