This Great Guana Cay inn offers the quintessential desert-island experience. It's only accessible by boat: either private or ferry. The landscaping is short on greenery but offers an abundance of white sand and clear water. Situated on seven miles of deserted Bahamian beach, the resort offers maximum privacy. For a variation in scenery, the restaurant and bar are set in the midst of a tropical garden. For those interested in water sports, particularly bonefishing, this location is ideal. Some rooms offer courtyard views; others offer beach views. All of the 8 rooms and 7 cottages are clean and comfortable, with a minimum of amenities. The inn is closed from mid—September to October.
