Website | EmailWith a history stretching back to the 1960s, the Théâtre des Amandiers has a tradition of bringing cultural works to appreciative audiences of Nanterre (and visitors to the town). The building itself was inaugurated in 1972, and a permanent theater troop was created in 1995. They perform a variety of theatrical works, often musical theater, and the space also hosts concerts and exhibits. Restaurant Le café des amandiers open weekdays for lunch and evenings of performances from 6p; bar & gift shop open before and after shows (see http://www.nanterre-amandiers.com/libresto.php for details).
