WebsiteThe Museum of National Archaeology, located in the suburb Saint-Germain-en-Laye, is the only museum dedicated to a region's archaeological history. The collection includes pieces from the Paleolithic era in France (10,000 years ago) to the Merovingian epoch in the 8th century AD. Although most of the exhibits focus on French archaeology, there is also a comparative collection with articles from all over the world. The museum is housed in the magnificent Castle of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Make sure to check the website for special events directed at children!
