Website | EmailThis event consistently dazzles audiences. It is actually a hodgepodge of festivals under one massive artistic umbrella. Venues throughout the city take part, hosting visual arts exhibitions, theatre performances, club raves, as well as musical, dance and acrobatic extravaganzas. 'Celestial City' (Perth Cultural Centre) in Northbridge acts as the central point for many of the celebrations. The club of choice, the Watershed, presents blues, deep dub and trip hop, and Latino acts. Festival highlights include a major outback installation by international artist Antony Gormley and the Fremantle International Jazz Festival. Admission varies by event.
