The aquatic centre features an eight lane lap pool as well as a leisure pool, aquarobics classes, sauna and spa. If your preferred way of keeping fit does not include water, the centre conducts a range of fitness classes including aerobics and areoboxing. Classes in yoga, tai chi and self-defence are also available.
