This restaurant is located within the Hyatt hotel complex. Each of the chefs are from a different region in Asia. As a result, the menu offers dishes from Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Entrees include Indian style samosas with mango-tomato chutney (AUD8.40) and mixed satay grill (AUD7.50). The selection of mains (AUD16.50-18)includes curry chicken and stir-fry prawns. This restaurant is fully licensed. The interior features an open kitchen--patrons can watch the chefs at work. The antique Asian artifacts complement the wooden tables and polished floorboards.
