Get out of Phnom Penh and go for a run. The Hash describe themselves as a "beer drinking club with a running problem". In Phnom Penh cross country runners and friends meet every Sunday at 2.45p in front of the Railway Station before heading off to the countryside for a social run or walk. The per head cost includes beer, water and soft drink after the run.
