Around since the UNTAC days (when UN troops were sent to help Cambodia in its governmental transition), this has been a typically Asian expatriate bar of the kind you might find in the Philippines or even Thailand. Sit at the bar and chat with the attractive staff, or in the booth-style seating around the outside. During early evening this place possesses a friendly pub atmosphere and is a hangout for long term expatriates talking shop. Low-key business meetings and informal chats find a home over a game of pool, as decorations featuring a tiger motif look on.
