Believe it or not, this cafe/bar really does have a counterpart on the Piazza Santo Spirito in Florence. Popcafe II, Phnom Penh, was opened by Giulio Delio, a veteran of some 20 years in Indochina as a mirror of a similar bar run by his son in Italy. As well as serving good coffee, light Italian meals and some of the best margaritas in town, Popcafe II has a small range of European housewares. German and Italian are spoken.
