The Deli Shop sells bread, cakes and pastries made in the bakeries of the Hotel Inter-Continental in which it is housed. The bakery has a refined cafe atmosphere and customers can enjoy an espresso with a slice of black forest cherry gateau (USD4) at a sit-down table. Though not inexpensive, the Deli Shop's rye and whole grain breads are without peer in Phnom Penh. Also praiseworthy are their brioche, Danish pastries, pain au raisin and butter cake.
