This Phnom Penh institution becomes the center of the city’s nightlife every night after 11p. Bottled snakes, statues, the owner’s impressive flower arrangements and anything else you can imagine liven up the black walls. Music is mainly 1980's, with some recent hits and a bit of 1970's tinsel sneaking its way in. The clientèle consists of an eclectic mix of executives, Khmers, non-governmental organization workers, teachers and backpackers. The staff speaks excellent English and seems to have as much fun as the customers.
