The Valley's first restaurant offering the cuisine of New Mexico is still one of the finest. Because of its popularity, it is often crowded, so expect a wait; but it is worth it. Santa Fe-style furnishings and decor give the bar area and dining room an authentic southwestern ambiance. New Mexican red and green chilies accent many items on the menu. House specialties include New Mexico Sausages, Santa Fe Chicken and a Red Chile New York Steak.
