This family owned eatery slow smokes meat till it's falling off the bone and serves up homemade sides like potato salad and coleslaw. Old west paintings and paraphernalia cling to the walls along with movie posters from old western classics. Chuckwagon accessories are lying about, and the menu is posted on the wall written on old blue tin plates. Tender, juicy barbecue and homemade sides. Thick sandwiches, piled high with slabs of meat, and tasty Baby Back Ribs or chicken with cowboy beans, coleslaw, corn and potatoes. And all drenched in lip-smacking, finger-licking barbecue sauce.
