Seating is limited and reservations fill up fast, so call far in advance. Dinner seating offered twice nightly. The minimalist dining room is accented by the artwork of the Institute's design and graphics students. Windows on one wall look into a production kitchen. Menu changes weekly and meals include beverage, entree and dessert.
