Festival goers celebrate Mexico's Independence Day on Portland's waterfront with a marketplace filled with folk art and other offerings, fragrant and spicy ethnic foods, and entertainers, including some big-name Hispanic stars and a Ballet Folklorico filled with music, colors and excitement.
