A favorite among the local crowd, "las 8 tostadas," as it is known locally, is only open until 6pm. The early closing time is for a simple reason—all the food is gone by that time. A bit crowded on certain days, especially during the weekends, the food is worth the wait. The owners specialize in creating classic Mexican treats with shellfish. Enjoy the tostadas: a hard tortilla with your choice of shrimp, clams, lobster, pata de mula, or oysters prepared with spicy sauce and cabbage.
