WebsiteLocated in the beautiful Place Royale, this is an inviting bistro facing the docks. Both customers and staff seem to be in a constant state of good cheer—perhaps the result of the warm atmosphere and food. This café serves excellent French cuisine. Among some of the more delicious items on the menu are fried duck livers in a blackberry sauce, leek and curry mussels, and chicken supreme with sundried tomatoes and tomme cheese in a spinach sauce. Let's not forget the exquisite crème brûlée and the cheesecake, the inevitable happy ending of a meal at Café du Monde.
