An extremely popular and crowded Mexican restaurant, Amigo's manages to whip up quite a hot atmosphere in this chilly northern city. Close to the centre and facing the old harbour this is not the place for a romantic view, but the quality of the food makes up for that. While Friday and Saturday nights tend to attract younger people, Amigo's is a place for all ages and is equally suitable for hurried dinners or relaxed evenings. A Mexican menu, offering authentic food, spicy and eye-watering, as well as milder concoctions. Vegetarian options available as well.
