Smartly designed, economically priced and immediately popular, Grænn Kostur prides itself on making all food without yeast, sugar, refined wheat or dairy products. The servings are elegant and the portions generous, but some of the dishes tend to taste too similar. Located in a new building on Skólavörðustígur, the place can be hard to find as it does not face the street, but rather, incongruously, a car park building.
