Website | EmailThe tiny town of Laugavatn is the largest rural school centre in Iceland. Two of the schools are run as hotels during the summer, and both have excellent restaurants. In addition to these, a small restaurant called Lindin is open during the summertime. Located between one of the hotels and the therapeutic natural sauna, Lindin is a rather unassuming restaurant, with not so successful a decor. But do not let this fool you, as the food is really excellent, and very reasonable priced. Having to cater for everyone's tastes, it is a kind of a pizzeria with an international menu. The Villibráðaveisla (Wild Game Offer) is available for kr. 3.990.
