Once home to the famous Brazilian landscape architect who designed the Parque do Aterro do Flamengo, this is now a foundation where nature lovers can find a remarkable display of plants from all over the world, among which are some rare specimens collected by the owner. Within the estate is the old farmhouse, a 17th-century chapel (where clavichord concerts are held) and Burle Marx studio. The greenhouses are also a must-visit.
