Book lovers can see how books suffering in some way can be mended in this type of "hospital" founded in the 19th-century palazzo. Included is a museum that exhibits a collection of inks and various items of equipment for writing, but above all books and various fragments that have been damaged by insects, inks, light, heat, floods or even war.
