This is one of the most exclusive restaurants in the city, with first-class service, an excellent wine list and a great deal of attention given to the furniture and the elegant setting. The cuisine is first class with some of the best Italian, French and German chefs. The menu includes items such as Tortelli with truffles, a Souffléd Vegetable Charlotte, Steamed Sea Bass with very thin slices of zucchini and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and a beef fillet in Bordeaux sauce. The dessert selection is excellent and includes crêpes, soufflés, and citrus fruit aspic.
