The service is highly professional. The creative cuisine has all the hallmarks of Mediterranean cooking - all the work of Chef Francesco Franceschini. The menu includes shrimp in Golden Pastry served with a Vegetable Side-Salad and Sesame Sauce, Cavatelli Pasta with Stewed Octopus and Mediterranean Vegetables, Squid with a Seafood and Pine Nuts stuffing, stewed in a Pachino Tomato Sauce, and Stewed Celery and Turnip. Good cheeses, desserts and wine-list.
