When the yen for local St. Croix food hits, Harvey's is the place to go. With décor that runs to plastic tablecloths and mismatched chairs, the food is the thing at this tiny 14-table spot. The menu changes daily, but dishes like goat stew and kallalloo, an okra-based soupy stew, are usually available. Most meals come with huge helpings of rice, vegetables and cornmeal dish called fungi. No credit cards accepted.
