Website | EmailFor those who are looking for a more classical event than the Salzburger Adventsingen or the Salzburger Advent during advent season, there is a concert series called Barocke Weihnacht, literally “Baroque Christmas” presented by the Salzburger Bachgesellschaft, who also stages concerts with a focus on music from the baroque era throughout the year. In the historical setting of the university’s assembly hall, works with an Advent- or Christmas season theme by J.S. Bach and his contemporaries are performed.
