Website | EmailThe Salzburg Whitsun Festival is part of the world-famous Salzburg Festival, although it takes place at Whitsun, some two months before the main event. The emphasis is on baroque music. As well as an opera and oratorio, there are several concerts by some of Europe's top chamber music ensembles. The festival includes performances of works Handel, Bach and other Baroque composers.
