The Nagano on the wonderfully-renovated Artis Hof is right in the middle of Salzburg. The decor is understated but elegant and on a warm day diners can sit in the square. The menu is written in Japanese, English and German and there is a large variety of Japanese food including Temaki, Sushi, Sashimi, Norimaki, Tempora, Udon and Bento. The restaurant is often visited by Japanese tourists and this speaks for both the quality and authenticity of the food. You can also order take-out.
