Website | EmailThe Künstlerhaus (Artists' House) is one of the most attractive buildings in Salzburg and is a sight in its own right. Situated on the banks of River Salzach, its basement exhibition halls serve as a venue for a variety of exhibitions. The building also contains six spacious guest rooms, all of which are atmospheric and well furnished - although not all have en-suite restrooms. Not a typical hotel by any stretch of the imagination, the Künstlerhaus is something of a well-kept secret when it comes to finding good and cheap accommodation in the city center. Early booking is recommended.
