Website | EmailThis complex contains various sections that house different collections. The most visited is the Pre-Columbian Gold Museum. Additionally, they house the Numismatics Museum and other galleries for temporary exhibits. The Gold Museum displays a collection of gold pieces crafted under different techniques, and used by the Costa Rican indigenous natives. The building is located under the Plaza de la Cultura in downtown San Jose.
