All his dishes are based on the freshest in-season produce. The restaurant's interior is elegantly decorated without being too formal. The wine list is excellent, there's a nice selection of cigars, and you'll be served with care and style. Don't be intimidated by the chef's formidable reputation. Relax, ask the waiters all about the dishes and make up your own mind. The sampler menu is well worth trying.
