The atmosphere is medieval: adornments in the form of banderoles, high ceilings, subtly-lit stone walls, suits of armor, flights of stairs and various nooks and crannies. The hotel's successive renovations mean that the rooms, decorated in classical-medieval style, are very comfortable. They look out onto the Txingudi Bay or Mount Jaizkibel, which makes sleeping here a very good choice. It isn't often you sleep within walls that have lasted more than ten centuries! You can reach Hondarribia (21kms from San Sebastian) by car or by bus on the Interurbanos line (+34 94 364 1302). The prices listed do not include the 7% VAT.
