Located just above the Plaza de Marte, access to the cafeteria is via a stairway, which also leads to the Tourist Bureau of Cultural Information. So between drinks and snacks, you can also get advice on many of the places and art events worth visiting in the city. On the menu expect fillet of fish, loin of pork, chips, cocktails, fruit juice, soft drinks and beer, as well as a selection of rums and other spirits. Live traditional music is performed on weekends.
