This trendy and popular restaurant does something that very few restaurants in the whole of Japan do: it serves its dishes without any additives or preservatives. And it also offers some of the best and most original ramen dishes in the city at prices that do not damage the purse. Not surprisingly, the young, health-conscious crowd flock to this restaurant in droves. Jagabattaa ramen in a miso broth with heaps of vegetables and a large potato with butter costs just JPY800; it is a substantial meal in itself and is one of the most popular dishes on the menu.
