Website | EmailScottsdale Community College's Culinary Arts Department, under the direction of Chef Dominic O'Neill, operate these two fine dining restaurants. Meals are prepared and served by students in the program, who are learning classic food preparation and presentations. Because the school is located on Reservation land, only non-alcohol wines are available. Menus are on a rotating basis, but you may see soup, gourmet sandwiches and salads.
