Based on an unusual premise, that great theater can be created from great literature, it takes some getting used to, but once your ear adapts to the odd cadence, it's enthralling. Past adaptations have included Charlotte Brontë's Jane Eyre and D.H. Lawrence's Lady Chatterley's Lover.
