This enormous electronics complex has 24 large shopping malls with about 7,000 shops selling electronic goods at up to 30 percent lower than prices at other markets. It sells many different brand-name products, from cameras to computers, video games to appliances. Before buying anything, it is best to check around because most dealers compete with each other to offer the lowest prices possible. Prices fluctuate from day to day and there are no set prices, so you can haggle. If you are looking for extra savings, shop around the New Year or in September when back-to-school sales are on.
