Website | EmailHermitage Road Cellars are part of the massive Hunter Resort complex, which incorporates luxurious accommodation, wedding and conference facilities, the highly acclaimed Hermitage Restaurant, an all day Mediterranean style cafe, Cafe San Martino, and the Hunter's only microbrewery. Ale can be purchased on tap, or in bottles to take away. As for the winery this is the largest and most advanced in the Valley, with its own Wine School. A two hour course, run every day at 9:30a, covers everything from wine history, wine assessment, wine styles, palate evaluation, and a technical tour of the winery. Bookings essential.
