Perhaps the most famous walk in the city, this easy stroll takes you first around the Sydney Opera House, on to Mrs Macquarie's Chair - one of the best look out spots in Sydney - and then through the Royal Botanic Gardens. Along the three-kilometre sealed walkway, you will learn some of the history of the city and its first settlers. Combined with this are modern developments such as the new apartment block known as 'toaster', on the eastern shoreline of Circular Quay. The walk finishes back at the Opera House.
