It features an "Easy-Training Area" for beginners, cardio equipment, recumbent bikes, three solaria and six daily classes including Step, Pump and the highly popular But-Burner. A resident naturopath/ homeopath together with a practitioner in traditional Chinese medicine provide another bonus. Casual visits and more than eighteen different membership options available.
