This former space was once headquarters to the Sydney Gas company and is now a transformed, grandiose temple. Efficient and friendly service, glamorous décor, refined food and the latest in sophisticated dining are the very least you can expect. The menu is a French-Moroccan affair and includes such temptations as Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb and savoury Pigeon Pie. There is an adjacent bar and a downstairs nightclub.
