A popular venue with late-night and shift workers on their way home from the office, this tiny hole-in-the-wall has been packed to the rafters since it first opened, many years ago now. The décor is stainless steel and chrome. A dumb waiter (basket on a chain) airlifts meals between the two dining floors and the kitchen. A sinful selection of cakes (Mud Cake, Carrot Cake, thick-crust Apple Pie) will tempt even the most diet-conscious. Maisy’s serves snacks and mostly light meals in the order of nachos, pasta, pizzas-for-one and pancakes.
