Owners Hendrik and Hilde Vanderwee-Rosseel have been importing handmade chocolates from the artisan chocolatiers of Bruges in Belgium since 1995. And they certainly seem to have quite a following. Made from fresh, natural ingredients, varieties include pralines, ganaches and creams. And if you do not have time to make it to the city yourself, they offer a mail order service.
